Kerry’s Lawyers Try to Censor Legitimate Allegations

Threatens TV stations that run ad, not veterans

The DNC and the Kerry campaign in a desperate pitch to prevent its house of cards from falling, has dispatched its lawyers to silence explosive testimony by over 200 witnesses who say Kerry was in fact not a war hero, but an un-patriotic coward and charlatan, whose actions according to some almost border on treachery. Veterans in the ad include a medic who treated Kerry’s purple heart “wound”, saw the action for which he claimed he deserved a bronze star along with commanding officers, who saw first hand Kerry’s unreliable behavior.

Of course, anyone with military experience has to ask the question, who knows you better than the men you serve with? In fact, what veterans will tell you is that they know each other better than blood brothers. Now whose opinion of John Kerry should we listen to first, especially in light of John Kerry’s attempt to “cash-in” on his time with these soldiers?

Meanwhile in a recent poll 58% say they prefer Bush over Kerry, among whom are several generals, including retired General Tommy Franks. Franks yesterday told Sean Hannity of Fox News’ Hannity & Colmes of his political support for President Bush. 35% of veterans polled say they support Kerry.

There is also a new book by even more veterans which claims Kerry shot a fleeing teen non-combatant in the back.

Kerry’s answer seems not to answer the charges, but rather to seek to stifle them. Truly, if they could prove liable, they’d go after the vets, not the TV stations with threats, but they aren’t. I find this of particular interest. This may be because the Kerry lawyers fear what the vets would bring out in court or it may simply be that the courts would not find any reason to cite the vets with libel, which would therefore free TV stations from the lawyers’ thinly veiled attempt at censorship.

Meanwhile, Kerry ridiculed Bush on Left-leaning CNN over 9-11 response
”Says he wouldn’t have stayed with school children after word of attack”

    Kerry is quoted as saying,

“Had I been reading to children and had my top aide whispered in my ear, ‘America is under attack,’ I would have told those kids very politely and nicely that the president of the United States had something that he needed to attend to — and I would have attended to it”

Sounds like what President Bush did, once they discovered it was not a single-plane accident, but a likely attack. Bush in fact, excused himself and assumed his duty as Commander-in-Chief.

Perhaps Kerry would have hidden under the desk, if we are to judge him by his military record.

The Kerry campaign is clearly running scared and their lawyer Gestapo is hard at work with damage-control. You can contact the two Kerry lawyers behind all the fuss with your thoughts below. I recommend you call and call often, until they get your message. I’m sure they really want to hear from you.
